Priority Funding was founded in September 2003 in Northborough, Massachusetts. The company initially started offering Manufactured and Mobile Home Loan programs in Central Massachusetts and subsequently expanded its service area to include five of the New England states.

Currently, Priority Funding lends in 23 states and employs 42 staff members across the country.
