Priority Funding was founded in September 2003 in Northborough, Massachusetts. The company initially started offering Manufactured and Mobile Home Loan programs in Central Massachusetts and subsequently expanded its service area to include five of the New England states.

Currently, Priority Funding has expanded its business presence to 23 states and employs a staff of 48 located across 10 states. The newest lending state being Colorado!
