Priority Funding only provides financing for Mobile/Manufactured Homes.
A down payment is required on all purchase loans.
We do not offer 100% financing in any of our programs.
Typically our programs require a 650 or higher credit score and that applicants be up-to-date on all accounts with no recent delinquency.
We primarily offer loans for primary residence/owner-occupied homes in parks (or coops in certain states). Vacation home programs are available and may be subject to other requirements. We do not finance homes on their own land.
This online application is designed for one or two applicants to apply. It is not designed for more than two applicants. If your loan request involves more than two applicants, each applicant will need to complete and submit a paper application.
