Jay is a seasoned mortgage professional with more than 32 years of experience. A Marketing graduate of the University of Central Florida and a former U.S. Air Force officer, Jay brings discipline, integrity, and a customer-first mindset to every transaction. He takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring each client receives the attention and care they deserve throughout the lending process. Outside of the office, Jay enjoys spending time with his three daughters: Erin, Kirsten, and Sophia. He resides in Wesley Chapel, Florida, and frequently travels to his “home away from home” in Scituate, Massachusetts.
