Chris is a 1994 graduate of Babson College. He began his career in the consumer finance business immediately after graduation with Forward Financial Company of Northboro, Massachusetts. During his tenure with Forward he specialized in the in the origination and closing of Manufactured Home, Boat and Recreational Vehicle loans in New England. He also successfully developed consumer loan portfolios for several national client lenders.

In 2003, Chris founded Priority Funding, LLC.  He began originating loans in central Massachusetts with one client lender and has since grown the business to its present operation in 16 states with 15 client lenders.  In 2010 Chris orchestrated Priority’s purchase of the assets of its largest competitor, Forward National Company.  Currently Priority Funding is the largest originator of Mobile/Manufactured Home loans in the Northeast.

Jack began his career in the Mobile/Manufactured Home finance business with Priority shortly after the companies formation in 2003.  He is a graduate of Providence College and has done an outstanding job of building trust with his extensive network of realtors, dealers and borrowers throughout New England.  He has consistently outperformed his competition through hard work to become the top Mobile/Manufactured Home Originator in the Northeast.

Gary has been in the Mobile/ManufacturedHome finance business for over 25 years. He is a graduate of Worcester State College and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to all of his clients and borrowers. He is a top producer for Priority Funding annually.

Brian is a 2013 graduate of Siena College. He began his career with Priority shortly after graduation and has become a solid producer of Mobile/Manufactured Home loans.  He combines boundless energy with unparalleled customer service to satisfy all of his clients and borrower’s needs.  He coordinates sales efforts in all states outside of New England and also serves as the Loan Officer for New York, Vermont, Arizona, Texas, Oregon, Washington, and New Mexico.

Rob joined the Priority Funding team in 2017 to help expand the company’s manufactured home loan programs in the State of New Jersey. Bryan has over 13 years of experience in the Mobile/Manufactured Home finance/insurance industry. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University and joined the Priority Funding team in 2017 to help grow the company’s home loan programs in the state of Michigan. His relentless commitment to servicing his clients and borrowers needs has maintained a solid base of satisfied customers.

Joe joined Priority Funding in 2018.  Joe has comprehensive knowledge and decades of experience in the manufactured home lending industry.  Most recently he was President/Owner of Key One Mortgage, Inc. and Key Insurance Agency.  He also served as a Regional Manager of Forward Financial. A graduate of Temple University, Joe received certification from the American Bankers Credit School and is a Licensed Insurance Agent in New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Florida.  Joe is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers; the New Jersey Mortgage Brokers Association; and the New Jersey Manufactured Housing Association.  A resident of Tequesta, Florida, he is a founding member of the Ocean City Rowing & Athletic Association; belongs to the Ocean City Beach Patrol Alumni Association; and is a member of Friends of Temple Rowing.

Melissa joined Priority Funding in 2022 to help expand the home loan programs in Washington and Oregon. She brings 15 years’ experience in Property Management, with a decade focused on manufactured housing. Most recently Melissa led the top sales division for one of the largest manufactured parks in Washington state.  Her well-rounded duties from factory orders, mobile set-up, facilitating financing, and closing sales helped her develop a deep understanding on how to best meet individual client needs. Her hands on approach to customer service, attention to detail and strive for excellence was used as a template for other communities training throughout the portfolio. She has a background as a corporate trainer in fair housing and has an eye for compliance. She is a Pacific Northwest native and is looking forward to providing excellent customer service to future clients.

Anthony started his career as a loan officer, after graduating from the University of Washington. He spent the following 16 years learning the manufactured home business through his work in a variety of positions, including finance, marketing, and sales. A recipient of the CMHI Presidential Award and a well-respected leader within the MH Industry, Anthony brings a unique skill set to the Priority Funding team, where he supports the development of future business opportunities.
