With over 20 years of experience in multifamily and residential home rentals and 7 years in the manufactured home industry, Rebecca brings extensive housing and management knowledge to her role as a Regional Loan Originator. She previously served as Community Manager and Success Coach with RHP Properties and General Manager for C. Smith Holdings, earning multiple Property Manager of the Quarter and Community Property of the Quarter awards.

A former Vice President of the Arkansas Apartment Association and committee member for Boy Scouts of America—Troop 99, Rebecca also volunteers with local food banks to support residents in need. Her leadership, compassion, and dedication to helping others make her a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike.

Melissa joined Priority Funding in 2022 to help expand the home loan programs in Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. She brings 15 years’ experience in Property Management, with a decade focused on manufactured housing. Most recently Melissa led the top sales division for one of the largest manufactured parks in Washington State.  Her well-rounded duties from factory orders, mobile set-up, facilitating financing, and closing sales helped her develop a deep understanding on how to best meet individual client needs. Her hands on approach to customer service, attention to detail and strive for excellence was used as a template for other communities training throughout the portfolio. She has a background as a corporate trainer in Fair Housing and has an eye for compliance. She is a Pacific Northwest native and is looking forward to providing excellent customer service to future clients.
